What do I get when I buy a lesson?
The full lesson video, the question bank with model answers and mark scheme, any worksheets the teacher has added, and the exam guide. Everything unlocks on the lesson page the moment your payment goes through, and it stays in My library.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Learners pay per lesson, per live seat or per course, and nothing renews. Teachers can choose a paid tier for a better share of their sales, but the Free tier is always available.
How do I know a lesson matches my exam board?
Every lesson is written for one board and one level, and carries the board’s own specification code. Filter Subjects by level and board, or check the tags on any lesson page.
How do live sessions work?
A teacher schedules a session with a fixed number of seats and runs it on their own Zoom, Teams or Google Meet. You book a seat, and the join link appears on the session page 15 minutes before the start. If the teacher shares a recording afterwards, it appears in the same place.
What if a session sells out while I’m paying?
Seats are enforced by the database, so the last seat goes to whichever payment completes first. If yours arrives a moment late, it is refunded in full automatically and your library page tells you so.
How are teachers verified?
Teachers apply with evidence of Qualified Teacher Status, which is checked before their profile goes live. An enhanced DBS check earns a second mark and is required before a teacher can run live sessions. Both marks appear on every lesson and profile, and only when real.
What do teachers keep?
Between 70% and 85% of every sale, depending on tier and whether it is content or a live seat. There are no listing fees and no upload caps on any tier. Every figure on a teacher’s dashboard is computed from recorded sales, net of refunds.
Do you host past papers?
No. Lessons link to the exam board’s own past paper pages, and the platform has no way to upload a paper. Question banks are the teacher’s own exam-style questions.
